Want to move with more freedom? OHCO Flow supports circulation health above the waist including the neck, shoulders, elbows and hands. It is closely related to its companion product, OHCO Motion, with the addition of one herb to move the action of the formula to the upper body.  

Due to the blood-moving action of the formula, OHCO Flow is contraindicated during pregnancy.  Consult a healthcare professional if using prescription blood thinners.

Directions

Capsules

For Adults: Take two capsules three times per day.  In some circumstances take two capsules as frequently as every 30 minutes for additional support.  Do not exceed 24 capsules in 24 hours.

For Children 12 and under: Take one capsule three times per day.  In some circumstances take one capsules as frequently as every 30 minutes for additional support.  Do not exceed 8 capsules in 24 hours.

Powder

For Adults: Take ¼ teaspoon three times per day.  In some circumstances take ¼ teaspoon as frequently as every 30 minutes for additional support.  Do not exceed 3 teaspoons in 24 hours.

For Children 12 and under: Take ⅛ teaspoon three times per day.  In some circumstances take ⅛ teaspoon as often as every 30 minutes for additional support.  Do not exceed 1 teaspoon in 24 hours.
