Directions for Adults: Two capsules, three times a day. Can increase to one capsule every 20 minutes during times of sudden onset of acute irritation or inflammation. Do not exceed more than 24 capsules in a 24-hour period.
Directions for Children Under 12: For ongoing challenges with eye/sinus irritation (blocked tear duct, dry eyes, seasonal allergies) we recommend committing to a daily, low dose of 2-4 capsules (1/4-1/2 tsp); lowering the dose as the body comes back into balance.
For a sudden onset issue such as pink eye or a sty, take one capsule every 20-30 minutes until a shift occurs.
Nursing mothers administer AllerSnap through their milk to relieve the symptoms related to a blocked tear duct, commonly seen in newborns & infants (recommended dose for mom: two capsules, three times per day).
