OHCO-Flow, Twenty Sorely Needed Herbs For The Upper Body, is designed to move blood, unblock stagnation and relieve pain, particularly above the waist affecting the neck, shoulders, wrists, elbows and jaw. It is closely related to OHCO-Motion, with the addition of one herb to move the action of the formula to the upper body.***

OHCO-Flow is safe for all ages but is contraindicated during pregnancy and while using prescription blood thinners due to the blood-moving action of the formula.

DIRECTIONS

For an ongoing challenge or deep level change, try the Basic Way: Take two capsules three times a day. Typically, a shift will occur in three to five days. Another Way: Throw out the notion that a printed set of directions will provide the exact answer. Consider size, constitution, timing and other factors affecting each unique person. Take two capsules as often as every twenty minutes to combat a quickly escalating situation. Do not exceed more than 24 capsules per day. If using the powder, substitute 1/4 tsp powder for two capsules.

White peony (root), Peach (seed), Cassia (bark), Tree peony (root, bark), Dong quai (root), Sichuan lovage (root), Rehmannia (root), Atractylodes (root), Tangerine (aged peel), Ginger (root), Chinese clematis (root), Notopterygium (root), Large leaf gentian (root), Siler (root), Stephania (root), Achyranthes (root), Fragrant angelica (root), Licorice (root). 

Other ingredients: non-GMO cornstarch, grass-fed bovine gelatin

All OHCO formulas are non-GMO and gluten free (including kamut, spelt, barley, rye, and triticale, as well as the use of gluten as a food additive in the form of a flavoring, stabilizing or thickening agent). We batch-test for pesticides, microbes, and heavy metals.

OHCO-FLOW FOR SEVERE HEADACHE

I used to get an intense headache about 4 times a year, where I would pop some drug store medication and lay down for several hours. On a whim, I decided to give OHCO-FLOW a chance. Much to my amazement, my headache went away after the first dose. Just for good measure I took a second dose about a half hour later. Not only did I get rid of the headache, I NEVER had that severe headache again… it’s been about a decade❣️

I experienced a magnificent true-life relief with Ohco-Flow. I had an issue with severe back pain that was quite debilitating, it felt like my back would break if I moved wrong, it was very difficult for me to sit or lay down. My friend had these that he swears by and gave me 2 to try (with 6 backups for the next few days). I actually survived salsa dancing class the same night with only a few twinges. I felt so good that I thought my backache was over, the next morning I woke to a sore back again... so yes, it verified that Ohco-Flow alleviated my pain (for upper body pain). I changed my overstuffed mattress pad and added these to my regiment and survived until my back healed itself luckily.
