Directions

Capsules

For Adults: Take two capsules three times per day.  In some circumstances take two capsules as frequently as every 30 minutes for additional support.  Do not exceed 24 capsules in 24 hours.

For Children 12 and under: Take one capsule three times per day.  In some circumstances take one capsules as frequently as every 30 minutes for additional support.  Do not exceed 8 capsules in 24 hours.

Powder

For Adults: Take ¼ teaspoon three times per day.  In some circumstances take ¼ teaspoon as frequently as every 30 minutes for additional support.  Do not exceed 3 teaspoons in 24 hours.

For Children 12 and under: Take ⅛ teaspoon three times per day.  In some circumstances take ⅛ teaspoon as often as every 30 minutes for additional support.  Do not exceed 1 teaspoon in 24 hours.

Phragmites (root), Forsythia (fruit), Japanese honeysuckle (flower), Burdock (fruit), Fermented Soybean, Lophatherium (leaves), Balloon flower (root), Chinese Thoroughwax (root), Schizonepeta (herb, flower), Pinellia (root), Jujube (fruit), Scullcap (root), Oriental ginseng (root), Chinese mint (leaves), Ginger (root), Licorice (root), Dong quai (root), White peony (root), Sichuan lovage (root), Rehmannia (root)

Other ingredients: non-GMO cornstarch

i use it every day, and i give travel packs away.

I work at a local quick stop store, I serve all types, including the
local homeless.
I use it daily to keep my immune system high, and if someone is
not feeling great, i offer them a travel pack .
