Chi'll Out is safe for all ages but not recommended during pregnancy due to the descending action of rhubarb root.

DIRECTIONS

For an ongoing challenge or deep level change, try the Basic Way: Take two capsules three times a day. Typically, a shift will occur in three to five days. Another Way: Throw out the notion that a printed set of directions will provide the exact answer. Consider size, constitution, timing and other factors affecting each unique person. Take two capsules as often as every twenty minutes to combat a quickly escalating situation. Do not exceed more than 12 capsules per day. If using the powder, substitute 1/4 tsp powder for two capsules.

Atractylodes (root), Chinese senega (honey-fried root), Dong quai (root), Longan fruit (seed coating), Milk-vetch (root), Oriental ginseng (root), Poria (fruiting body), Sour Jujube (seed), Ginger (root), Jujube (fruit), Licorice (honey-fried root), Saussurea (root), Chinese thoroughwax (root), Pinellia (root), Scullcap (root), Cinnamon (twig), Oyster shell, Fossilized bone, Rhubarb (root and rhizoma)

Other ingredients: non-GMO cornstarch, grass-fed bovine gelatin

Great alternative to sedatives for mild anxiety and insomnia

I've always had trouble staying asleep, and I feel like since I've been taking this I've been sleeping more soundly. I usually take 1 or 2 around 9pm because if I take it later I feel groggy in the morning. I also have generalized anxiety and this takes the edge off when it's particularly bad. If I'm more jittery and worried than usual I'll take 1 or 2 and it usually gets me back to baseline. It's a good alternative for me when I can't take a benzo in the middle of the day because I'll fall asleep. I highly recommend.
