How Chi'll Out Works

Chi'll Out creates a long lasting deep level calm which helps gradually buffer the effects of stress to center and normalize mood and energy. It allows movement of the divine essence and gets the creative juices flowing, maximizing and maintaining basic human creativity.

A natural remedy for anxiety, Chi'll Out also helps improve sleep, creates a stress buffer and is a mood normalizer. Chi’ll Out will quiet and calm without sedating. Long lasting deep level changes are possible when the herbs are taken as a maintenance formula.

Safe for All Ages

The following ingredients work in harmony to promote deep calm.

Ingredients: Atractylodes (root), Chinese senega (honey-fried root), Dong quai (root), Longan fruit (seed coating), Milk-vetch (root), Oriental ginseng (root), Poria (fruiting body), Sour Jujube (seed), Ginger (root), Jujube (fruit), Licorice (honey-fried root), Saussurea (root), Chinese thoroughwax (root), Pinellia (root), Scullcap (root), Cinnamon (twig), Oyster shell, Fossilized bone, Rhubarb (root and rhizoma)

"Other" ingredients: non-GMO cornstarch and non-GMO gelatin capsules (bovine from the hide of grass-fed cows raised in Brazil.)

All formulas are certified non-GMO, are third party tested for pesticides, microbes and heavy metals and are gluten-free (including kamut, spelt, barley, rye, and triticale, as well as the use of gluten as a food additive in the form of a flavoring, stabilizing or thickening agent).

Directions for Adults

Two capsules, three times a day. Can increase to two capsules, four times a day when initiating a maintenance program.

Directions for Children Under 12

For ongoing challenges with anxiety and sleep we recommend committing to a daily, low dose of 2-4 capsules (1/4-1/2 tsp); lowering the dose as the body comes back into balance. Although Chi’ll Out improves sleep quality, it is not a traditional sedative sleeping pill, it is a nourishing formula that can be taken during the day.

If nightmares are present, we suggest starting with two capsules before bed; adding an additional morning dose if there is no improvement in three days.

For sudden onset of anxiety or sleeplessness, we recommend one capsule every 20-30 minutes until there is a shift. ***Chi’ll Out is a safe, effective alternative to the use of the synthetic hormone Melatonin in children***
