The
process of learning how to use the OHCO formulas was life changing. I
was forced to look at my stress level and make an important shift in my
response. Now I find I don't need a cold as an excuse to slow down. I
take time to strengthen myself with relaxation and Cold Snap before I
get sick. During certain periods I know I need to take Cold Snap every
day. For example, the month of December used to leave me reeling. Now
I'm always out there dancing when New Year's Eve comes around.

I
eat a lot of spicy food. To avoid indigestion I take a Stomach Chi
before and after I eat. I prefer Stomach Chi to "the pink stuff"
because it is all natural without a harsh medicinal flavor. I really
enjoy making a tea out of it because I can vary the strength to suit my
needs. Stomach Chi has a very soothing effect on my digestive tract
that I notice almost instantly.
